Proxy:103.126.138.46
Port:8080
Server:www.google.com
Authentication Type:PAP or CHAP
APN Protocol:IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Save this APN and now do the following.

1.Put your phone on

2.Open your phone's settings and go to about phone.

3.Click status and check the IP Address.

4.If the IP Address is not beginning with 10.215 or 10.216 or 10.217 put the phone on airplane mode and remove it or turn off mobile data and turn it on again once mobile data is turned on check the IP Address.

5.Keep on repeating this process until your IP Address begins with 10.215 or 10.216 or 10.217.

5.Once it is done put it on 4G and make sure the IP Address is still the same or repeat this process again.

Now Go To Your VPN And Connect To It.
